Hey 8th grade parents, we need your help! Our amazing 8th grade promotion committee is putting together an end of the school year slideshow to commemorate the 8th grade class. All we need you to do is to upload two photos and one 'quote', or 'parting words' or 'words of wisdom from an 8th grader' per student. Our wonderful band and orchestra programs from Fallon along with Wells, Cottonwood Creek, and Dublin High had a series of district-wide concerts in the month of March. This is to inform current 6th graders the immunization requirements for 7th grade admission according to SB 276, SB 277, and SB 714. Personal beliefs/Religious beliefs Exemptions are no longer accepted. All medical exemptions are required to be updated through the CAIR-ME website effective January 1, 2021. 1. Please go to the parents portal and check which immunization you submitted to school. 2. Visit Shotsforschool.org to see 7th grade entry requirement immunization. 3. Compare 1 and 2. 4. Please contact your child's doctor right away, if you have the missing immunizations or personal exemption. 5. Scanned (no cell photo) proof of immunization record and email Here. Please put the Student ID number, grade on the subject line. Entering 7th grade who do not meet the immunization requirements will not be able to attend school. Hey Fallon Mustangs, have you purchased your 20-21 Yearbook Yet? This historical year will be memorialized in a very special version of the Maverick Yearbook. You can buy the yearbook here. Your Fallon Yearbook Team is off to a great start designing the 20-21 Maverick Yearbook! It will no doubt be a memorable and historical representation of this unique school year. The yearbook team could use a little help from those of you at home. We are requesting your assistance with photos. There are three (3) ways you can get us your amazing pics: 1. Sign up for our private Facebook Group by clicking here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/FMSyearbook/ or by searching for Fallon Middle School Yearbook, and share your photos with us there 2. Send your photos to FMSYearbook@dublinUSD.org 3. Download our APP! Yes, we have an APP, and you can upload your photos straight from your phone or tablet directly to our design website! This means that hybrid students would be back on campus for four days a week hybrid learning (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday) and be part of Cohort A and B. While we would like to have all hybrid students return that is not possible at this time. Only some students will be invited back four-days week based on identified academic and social emotional needs. You will receive an email response from staff before the end of today regardless. The DUSD Child Nutrition Services Department can make your life a bit easier by preparing breakfast and lunch for your students. GIVE IT A TRY! We continue to offer free meals on a daily basis to all students. Beginning Friday, November 6, 2020, we will also resume offering weekend meals for students at no charge. These weekend meals include three breakfasts and three lunches on Fridays for each student in their household. Order meals through Canvas. For more information on the process, visit http://bit.ly/CNS-Process. If your student is no longer signed up for the Meal Order class in Canvas, simply have them click the link for their school on this page, then click the "Enroll in this course" button. After enrolling, your student will receive a daily To Do option to complete their meal order. Meal ordering opens at 5:00 pm the day prior, and can be submitted up to 9:00 am on the day of the meal. Students simply click the link in their To Do list, select whether or not they want a meal that day, and the time that they will pick up the meal at school.
